CoastXCoast Messaging Terms and Conditions
CoastXCoast Ride for the Fallen (hereinafter “We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By opting into or participating in the Program, you accept and agree to these Terms, including the resolution of disputes through binding, individual-only arbitration as detailed below. These Terms apply only to the Program and do not modify other terms or policies governing your relationship with Us.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will supersede prior versions and will be effective upon the date indicated at the top of the revised Terms. Updates to these Terms will be communicated via mobile messages with a link to the updated Terms. Continued participation in the Program after receiving notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revisions, you must opt out of the Program as outlined below.
User Opt-In
Participation in the Program requires affirmative opt-in. By opting in, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages at the number associated with your opt-in. Consent is not required for any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Not all messages will be sent using an autodialer.
User Opt-Out
To opt out of the Program, reply with “STOP,” “QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “STOP ALL” to any mobile message. You may also contact Us by email at info@coastxcaost.org. Other methods of opting out are not considered valid. You may receive a confirmation message upon opting out.
Deactivated Numbers
We automatically remove deactivated numbers from our subscription list based on updates from wireless carriers. If your phone number changes or is transferred, you must opt out of the Program before discontinuing its use. Failure to do so may result in liability for unauthorized message delivery, including attorney fees.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Us and our agents harmless against claims arising from your failure to notify Us of changes to your phone number or information, including liabilities under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar laws.
Program Description
Participants may receive recurring messages related to Our activities, including campaigns, promotions, updates, and other communications relevant to their relationship with Us.
Cost and Frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Recurring and additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with Us.

MMS Disclosure
If your device does not support MMS, the Program will send SMS messages.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas. We are not responsible for message delivery delays or failures caused by your wireless provider.
Age Restriction
Participants must be at least 13 years old. For users aged 13-18, parental consent is required. If We become aware of users under 13 without consent, their information will be deleted. Proof of age may be requested.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when opting into the Program. If We determine the information is false or incomplete, access to the Program may be denied.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will occur in [insert location] and will not permit class actions or representative proceedings. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator. This provision survives termination of participation in the Program.
Miscellaneous
You represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. Failure to exercise rights under these Terms does not waive them. If a provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid. New features or changes to the Program are also subject to these Terms unless stated otherwise.
