Medical Support

The Coast X Coast Foundation is filled with volunteers who are veterans of the U.S. Special Operations community who have, for decades, personally experienced the shortfalls in long-term medical care through the VA and private insurance. Their annual motorcycle “Ride For The Fallen” honors Special Operators killed in combat while supporting the families of those left behind and raising money to medically help those wounded in action.

Our collaboration with Vitanya Brain Performance extends our support to law enforcement officers and first responders, who face significant mental health and resilience challenges. This partnership allows us to provide comprehensive solutions to address these critical needs.
